Productivity Supervisor, Poland

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelancer Productivity Supervisor to monitor activity and productivity, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with our standards. This role involves analyzing performance data, investigating low productivity cases, and submitting findings for review.


Key Responsibilities:


Monitor and conduct detailed investigations into unusual review behaviour, as set forth by management.

Create and deliver structured reports for management.

Investigate, identify and clearly track new trends in review behaviour.

Build familiarity with trends over time and use this information to drive continuous improvement in investigation efficiency.

Drive customer delivery quality through timely elimination of concerning review behaviour.

Anticipate and mitigate possible loopholes for review cheating.

Collaborate with other Productivity Supervisors


Requirements:

Minimum of 20 hours per week commitment.

Familiarity with different types of cheating behaviour in operational roles e.g. cherry picking, shortcuts.

Experience conducting performance investigations and documentation.

Ability to utilise multiple tools simultaneously and think outside the box.

Experience using Google Suite tools to deliver detailed reports on work completed.

Quick learner and able to integrate lots of different data points.

Ability to provide process improvements based on hard data.

Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.


Experience and Qualifications:

Experience conducting Quality Analysis is a plus.

Understanding of developer tools is a plus.

A natural curiosity to figuring out how things work and desire to plug loopholes.

Any engineering background and familiarity with sewer assessments is preferred.


Compensation:
This hourly compensation for this position is up to 7.00 Euro an hour
